AB 1771 – Expanding Small Business Opportunities

AB 1771 will create jobs by opening up new opportunities for small businesses to do business with the state, and would help promote fairness in state purchasing. This will allow small businesses to bid on state contracts that are currently awarded to a state inmate work program.
