AB 2230 requires the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) to compile a
report and post on the Internet, private information regarding
certain corporate taxpayers, such as the taxpayer’s taxable
income, tax expenditures, and effective tax rate, along with the
taxpayer’s name and address.
