SB 1335 – Flex Work Week

SB 1335 would make it easier for employees and employers to set work schedules. This bill will soon be heard before the Senate Labor and Industrial Relations Committee.

SB 1335 will allow employees to work longer days, such as four 10-hour days, which will help reduce overtime costs and provide employees more flexibility.

Please submit your letter now to urge the committee members to support this important bill, which will help improve workplace productivity, efficiency and employee retention.
