SB 928 – Product Notice

Fresno Chamber Position: OPPOSE

SB 928 would require a manufacturer, wholesaler, or retailer of designated consumer products to provide a notice that lists all substances contained in those products and post that information on a website. In essence, SB 928 creates a compliance requirement on California businesses and create an impediment to success and growth for many small businesses that are barely surviving already.
