By Jeff Horseman

The five candidates for Temecula City Council will field questions from a panel as well as the public Wednesday in their second debate in two weeks.

Candidates will answer questions from a three-person panel during the 7 p.m. nontelevised debate at the Temeku Hills clubhouse.
